We will be starting a new project in September this year.
Although this variety is not widely-known within Japan at this point, we now have an arrangement to provide Sparassis crispa or hanabiratake to a New York restaurant once each week.
These mushrooms will be appearing on New York restaurant menus even before they debut in Japan.
